| Yes, I know, in Real Estate its all about location, location, location. I have found over the years that in order to keep a fresh approach to Real Estate I need to be learning whats new and better in order to keep ahead to the average agent. (I never want to be an average agent!) My accreditation's include: Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Real Estate Instruction as well as the recently acquired Certified Distressed Property Expert. This new designation will enable me to assist homeowners needing to short sell a home or avoid foreclosure. |

I am a member of Sustainable Connections, on the Advisory Committee for Down Syndrome Outreach, am a graduate of the Excellence Northwest "Strategies for Excellence" series and am a supporter of the Slum Doctor Programme.
